This includes, but is not limited to, written content, structure, formatting, visual styling and interactive elements.

The name Whispering GentlePlan™ is a trademark of its rightful owner. Any unauthorised copying, distribution, modification, resale or public display of any part of the Whispering GentlePlan™—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Whispering GentlePlan™ is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by You for the Goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
